What is covered and what is not covered?

Warranty is mainly applicable for verified manufacturing defects.

Warranty May Be Approved If

  • Product is within warranty period.
  • Valid invoice/order proof is available.
  • Issue is verified as a manufacturing defect.
  • Sink bowl/body or factory joint has manufacturing issue.
  • Internal leakage is confirmed from manufacturing point.
  • Support team confirms the issue after checking photos/videos.

Warranty Will Not Be Approved If

  • Product is physically damaged after delivery.
  • Damage is caused by heavy pressure, impact or misuse.
  • Scratches, dents, holes, cracks or bends happen after use.
  • Color/finish is damaged due to acid, chemical, bleach or abrasive cleaner.
  • Rust/stain/blockage is caused by hard water, salty water or mineral deposits.
  • Issue is caused by wrong installation, plumber error or low water pressure.
Important Conditions

Hard / Salty Water

Hard water, salty water, mineral scaling, rust marks, stains and blockage due to local water quality are not manufacturing defects.

Low Water Pressure

Low water flow due to site plumbing, tank pressure, blocked line or pressure motor requirement is not a product manufacturing defect.

Chemical Damage

Acid, bleach, thinner, harsh cleaner, steel wool, rough pad or abrasive cleaning can damage finish/color and is not covered.

Installation Issue

Wrong installation, plumber handling, drilling, cutting, welding, modification or no proper support is not covered.

No On-site Technician

Fossa Home does not provide on-site technician or plumber visits. Support is provided through call, WhatsApp, photos and videos.

Part / Product Replacement

Part or product replacement is considered only after verification. Customer may need to send product/part to service center if required.

Kitchen Sink Warranty Rule

Kitchen sink warranty is mainly applicable for sink bowl/body manufacturing defects. Covered cases may include factory joint opening, collar/welding/backing point leakage and manufacturing leakage from bowl/body. Not covered: bottom crack due to heavy load, pressure damage, dents, holes, scratches, chemical damage, hard/salty water stains, wrong installation or physical damage after delivery.

Waterfall / Piano Sink Warranty Rule

Waterfall/Piano sink warranty depends on product model: 304 model generally follows 7-year sink warranty, premium model follows 5-year sink warranty, and accessories are usually covered for 1 year. Not covered: force damage, low pressure, nozzle blockage, chemical finish damage, scratches, dents or wrong installation.

Faucet / Sink Mixer / Pull-out Faucet Rule

Warranty may be considered for verified internal manufacturing defects. Not covered: low water pressure, hard/salty water blockage, aerator/nozzle blockage, broken handle due to force, hose damage due to pulling, chemical finish damage or wrong installation.

Shower Panel Warranty Rule

Shower panels require proper water pressure. A pressure pump/motor may be required as advised by a local plumber. Covered: verified internal manufacturing defect, factory joint leakage or control/diverter manufacturing issue. Not covered: low pressure, jet blockage, rusting due to water quality, installation damage or chemical damage.

Hand Shower & Accessories Rule

Hand shower and accessories are covered only for verified manufacturing defects within warranty period. Not covered: nozzle blockage, low flow due to pressure, breakage due to fall/force, hose damage due to pulling, color damage due to chemicals or normal wear and tear.

Service Center & Technician Policy

Fossa Home does not provide on-site technician or plumber visits. Installation and fitting must be handled by the customer through a local professional plumber. Support is provided through call, WhatsApp, photos and videos. Courier/shipping charges may apply depending on case and location.
