- Only exchange is available for eligible damaged or defective products.
- Valid unboxing video proof is mandatory.
- If product is received damaged or defective and approved, Fossa will cover two-way shipping costs.
- All requests are subject to verification and approval by our quality team.
Return Window
- 30-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery.
- Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products.
- Valid proof must be shared within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange Policy
- Exchange is permitted for the same product.
- Exchange for a different product of equal value is allowed.
- Upgrade to a higher-value product is allowed by paying the balance amount.
- Replacement is dispatched after pickup and inspection of returned product.
Warranty & Future Replacement
- If any part becomes faulty or stops working in the future, the part can be replaced if available.
- Shipping charges for such future replacements will be borne by the customer.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or physical damage are not covered under warranty.
- Any damage to the product does not qualify for warranty replacement.
Fitting & Compatibility
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for fitting-related concerns. All product dimensions, specifications, and measurements are clearly mentioned on our website. Customers are requested to verify compatibility before placing their order.

- Take clear photos/videos showing the issue.
