To request the deletion of your account, please send an email to support@fossahome.com from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include your full name and registered email address in the message.

Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days. This will permanently remove your personal information, including your name, contact details, and order history, from our systems, except where we are required by law to retain certain records.

Please note that account deletion is irreversible. After your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to access your order history or any saved information, and you will need to create a new account if you wish to shop with us again in the future.
